Thank you so much for sharing this with us. If you are concerned about a lump or other change in the way your breasts feel, and especially if you are experiencing pain, you should schedule an appointment your health care provider (HCP), as they know you and your body best!
Normal, healthy breasts can be smooth or lumpy. Most lumps are due to normal changes in breast tissue that occur during breast/chest tissue development. Your breasts may also feel different around the time of your period. If you notice a lump that appears in or around your breast and doesn’t go away after your period, you should make an appointment with your health care provider.
