In general when trying to change your weight the key is to adjust the calories, either through what you eat (calorie intake) or how much exercise you do (calorie burn). You probably already made some adjustments in order to lose weight in the first place. In order to stop that loss and maintain, you’ll likely need to either add some back in (via food) or stop burning as much (via exercise). The key is to do this little by little until you find an amount that causes weight maintenance. Try first adding a small snack each day such as a piece of fruit with peanut butter or some trail mix. It is important to continue with at least some physical activity for your cardiovascular health.
