This is an interesting question! Although there’s a lot more published research about wet dreams in males, there are limited studies that show that girls/women can experience something similar to “wet dreams” that guys have. For example; some girls describe feeling sexually aroused while they are sleeping. When they wake up, they describe “feeling wet” from increased vaginal secretion. Others describe the feeling as an “orgasm”. It’s important to remember that many girls/women do not experience this, and that’s completely normal too.
