Both my cheeks are full of pimples and it feels very weird to go outside like that. I use a face wash twice a day and I drink a lot of water and green tea but my skin isn’t clearing. What should I do to clear my face?

It can be discouraging if you are trying to clear up your acne and not having good results.  You might want to try an over-the-counter acne medicine that contains benzoyl peroxide (such as Clearasil®, ProActiv® and Oxy®). These products often help with mild acne. Products come in soaps, cleansing pads, creams, gels, or lotions. Some acne products may cause a rash or redness and your skin may sting or burn if the medicine is too strong. If you don’t see an improvement after using the product for 2 months, ask your primary care provider about other treatments and if you need a referral to see a dermatologist (skin doctor).
