Project Healthy Lifestyle

girl holding track shoesWelcome to Project Healthy Lifestyle (PHL), a unique “Train-the-Trainer” guide for teen youth advisors and others who want to teach and motivate youth to be healthy and fit. PHL emphasizes the importance of balancing nutrition and exercise as the key to a healthy life.

The Project Healthy Lifestyle curriculum consists of a facilitator’s guide, four modules (which include PowerPoint “Talking Points”, health guides, games and/or activities), and three PowerPoint presentations. The modules can be used separately or as part of a series of lessons about healthy eating and fun fitness.
