Chat Rules & Pledge

On the day of any of our chats, our eligible chat participants must first read and accept our chat rules. The rules are meant to create a safe, supportive environment for our chat participants.

Here is what chatters see, when they arrive at our website to join a chat:

Chat Rules

  1. Be respectful of others at all times. No swearing or abusive language will be tolerated.
  2. Choose a nickname that does not reveal your personal identity. For example, do NOT use your real name, e-mail address, school, or other personal information.
  3. Do NOT share any personal information during the chat (like your name, address, e-mail address, or any other personal information).
  4. The chats on this web site are meant as a place to discuss general health and wellness issues. These chats are NOT meant for discussing your specific medical history. If you need specific medical advice, please consult your health care provider.
  5. All chat participants MUST be 13 or older, and 25 or younger.

Chat Pledge

On the day of the chat, participants must read the rules and agree to the following:

I have read the rules of the chat and I agree to follow the rules.

I understand that I can be temporarily kicked out of the chat or permanently banned if I break these rules.

I also certify that I am at least 13 years old, and less than 26 years old.
