If you are a teen girl or young woman, aged 13-25, diagnosed with endometriosis, MRKH, or PCOS, you may be eligible to participate in one of our ongoing monthly health chats, moderated by health professionals at Children's Hospital Boston.

The chats are a safe place for teens and young women who share a common condition to offer each other support. The health professionals who moderate the chat will not be able to give you specific medical advice, but will be able to provide you with general information and resources. All eligible chat participants must abide by the chat rules.

To find out if you are eligible, please fill out the form below, as completely as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

On the form we ask you for some personal medical information. We take your privacy very seriously, and will only use this information to find out if you are eligible for the chats. We keep your information strictly confidential, and do not use it in any other way, or share it with any other group or person. Click here to learn more about our privacy policy.
