Check Your Nutrition: Vitamins, Minerals, and Fiber

Vitamins, minerals, and fiber are needed for healthy eyes, skin, hair, blood, and digestion. They are also needed to keep your immune system strong, which will help you fight colds, the flu, and other diseases.

Take our quiz to see if you are getting enough vitamins, minerals, and fiber!

1. About how many servings of fruits and vegetables do you eat each day?

One serving equals any of the following:
1 medium piece of fruit (apples, pears, bananas, and oranges)
½ cup fresh, cooked, or canned fruit
¼ cup dried fruit (like raisins)
¾ cup fruit or vegetable juice
1 cup raw leafy vegetables (like lettuce or spinach)
