Nutrition Alert!

Your diet seems to be too rigid.

It's great that you are choosing many nutritious foods, but you may be taking nutrition too seriously. Remember, it is important to eat foods from all of the food groups, but you should balance these foods with dessert foods and treats every once in a while.

Over the next 2 weeks, try to take a more relaxed and balanced approach to nutrition, then come back and take this quiz again to check your progress!

For more information about healthy nutrition, check out our guides Healthy Eating for Teens, Fast Food Facts, Backpack Snacks, Information About Eating Disorders, and Why Do We Need to Eat Fat?
