It is great that you are committed to exercise and physical fitness, but try to make sure that you do some weight-bearing exercise to help build strong bones. Try activities such as dancing, walking, lifting weights, stair climbing, basketball, soccer, or any other weight-bearing exercise.

Be careful not to overdo it, though—young women who are very physically active need to pay special attention to their nutrition and menstrual cycles in order to maintain the health of their bones now and in the future—click here to learn more!
