The multiple tiny bumps may be a condition called papillomatosis which is  normal. There are other causes of bumps such as warts from HPV; the virus is transmitted through sexual contact including finger to vagina contact.  Tiny “bubbles” or bumps that look like pimples could be cysts caused from clogged sweat glands, or a blocked hair follicle. Best option is to make an appointment with your health care provider (HCP) who can take a look at your vulva to figure out whether the bumps are normal or need treatment.
