While most women become pregnant by vaginal intercourse, women can also rarely get pregnant by ejaculation of sperm right at the opening of the vagina. Another way to get pregnant without having intercourse is by having a procedure called: IVF (In vitro fertilization). This procedure involves taking an egg from your ovary and fertilizing it in a lab with your partner’s sperm, then another procedure to place the “embryo” (fertilized egg) in your uterus. Fertility treatments help women when they are unable to become pregnant the natural way.
You cannot become pregnant with oral sex; even if you swallow some sperm BUT you can get STI’s (sexually transmitted infections), therefore you and your partner should use a condom and/or a dental dam whenever you have oral sex.
